Depending on the number of unsaved boosters with clear CDs chosen, you can receive 2-3 to 5-6 items per boss roll. If you prefer to avoid relying on luck, you can order 4 to 9 guaranteed items, with a free raid run provided the following week if the minimum isn't met.

• Full Priority: Receive all suitable loot including armor, tier set tokens, non-set gear, trinkets, and weapons without limitation, as you'll be the only customer in the raid group. Typically, 2-3 gear pieces of various types drop per boss, with the option to invite up to 2 friends to join your Normal difficulty Full Priority raid run.

Guaranteed items are a minimum count, not specific choices. Even if you win a roll for an item suitable for your class and specialization, it still counts towards the minimum guarantee. If the guaranteed number of items isn't obtained during the run, we'll complete the raid for you the following week to fulfill your order. If your class isn't available at your chosen time slot, we'll offer you the next available option.
