Complete the Main Story Quest

One of the most critical things you should do before Season 2 launches is to unlock Undermine and progress through Chapter 4 of the Main Story Quest (MSQ). When Season 2 begins, Chapters 5 and 6 will become available, granting you an Enchanted Runed Undermine Crest—a valuable resource for crafting powerful gear with Spark of Fortunes.

To check your progress, look for a countdown timer over Renzik "The Shiv", indicating the time left until Season 2 begins.

Get Upgrades Before the Season Starts

Boosting your character’s item level before the season launches will help you transition smoothly into new content. Here’s how you can obtain powerful gear this week:

• Earn 3 pieces of 645 ilvl gear through Renown rewards and weekly activities.

• Craft 3 pieces of 629 ilvl gear using Weathered Undermine Crests.
